We are seeking a driven and proactive Dental Hygienist Recruiter to join our growing reputed company. This role owns the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and reputed company through offer and reputed company for hygiene positions across the organization. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier clinical talent, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a critical role in scaling our hygiene workforce. Requirements • Proven experience reputed company dental hygienists or other clinical roles; DSO experience preferred • Strong understanding of dental hygiene standards, certifications, and market dynamics • Experience using ATS platforms (JazzHR preferred) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment • Data-driven reputed company with experience tracking reputed company metrics • High School diploma or GED required. reputed company-to-haves • Prior experience as a registered dental hygienist is a plus.
