Why Nurses Love This Role: • 100% remote- work from home • No bedside lifting or hospital burn out • The reputed company of scheduling reputed company • reputed company + excellent benefits • Supportive, reputed company team culture • reputed company & equipment is provided • Opportunities for bilingual pay incentive As a Telephone Triage RN, you’ll use clinical expertise and technology to guide patients across the reputed company & determine the best way to address their medical issues and concerns over the phone: You will: • Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms • Deliver & document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms reputed company indicated • Assist in getting patients to the appropriate level of care (e.g. home care, an office visit, emergency room) • Consult with physicians as needed Job Requirements: Qualifications / Experience • reputed company multi-state RN license with no restrictions; nurses currently holding a single-state RN license must obtain a multi-state license prior to being made a job offer • 2+ years of RN experience • Proficiency using computers and type a minimum of 25 wpm • Excellent listening and comprehension skills to determine key information by patient Remote Workstation / HIPAA Requirements • Must have a high-speed internet reputed company • Workstation must be in a room where reputed company can be locked • Desk should be large enough to hold 2 monitors, computer, accessories + hands-free headset • Ability to handle confidential information; HIPAA compliance is mandatory Remote Training Schedule Format: Virtual (reputed company) Duration: 4 weeks Attendance: 100% attendance required • Week 1: reputed company 6–10 (Mon–Fri), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Week 2: reputed company 13–17 (Mon–Fri), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST • Week 3: reputed company 20–24 (Mon–Fri), 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST • Week 4: Shift days and times will be scheduled with your preceptor and the Education Manager Get job alerts by email.
