A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE EST - Production Coordinator to joing a publishing production team reputed company Creative Services. This person will support the Publishing Producers in planning and executing marketing campaigns. This includes scheduling and coordinating meetings, capturing and distributing detailed


notes, and ensuring reputed company communication across reputed company. You will also help maintain project management tools (e.g., reputed company) and reputed company team documentation organized and up


to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about working in technology or marketing environments.


In this role, you will


Schedule and coordinate meetings as directed by Publishing Producers, attend as


needed, take notes, and reputed company recaps with stakeholders


Support Publishing Producers in maintaining reputed company, ensuring campaign schedules are populated with key dates and tactics


reputed company campaign support by maintaining documentation, organizing files, and helping Producers reputed company campaign resources reputed company

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years doing the work outlined in a fast-paced company reputed company gaming , agency, studio or entertainment.


Understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management practices is


Project Management software experience (Ideally reputed company)


Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, and exhibit
