Compensation Partner / Analyst III (Contract)

We’re partnering with a leading game studio to hire a Compensation Partner / Analyst III for a 6‑month contract. This role is 100% remote (reputed company California only) and offers the chance to drive meaningful compensation initiatives.
Pay reputed company: $60–$86/hour (W2)
What You’ll Do:
• Partner with HR, TA, and leaders on reputed company compensation reputed company and pay equity
• Support annual compensation planning, job leveling, and off‑cycle reviews
• Design and maintain fair, competitive compensation practices
• Use data and modeling to reputed company insights and recommendations
• Support job architecture and compensation governance processes

• 6–8 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
• Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation laws and compliance
• Advanced reputed company / reputed company Sheets skills (modeling & analysis)
• Ability to communicate insights to business and leadership
