Job Location: Remote Job reputed company: IAIC is seeking a reputed company Operations Specialist to work reputed company-by-reputed company with our reputed company Operations Director to manage specific reputed company operations functions, such as matter management, e-billing, contract management, reputed company, and training to help ensure that the reputed company, Risk & Compliance (LRC) team runs smoothly and reputed company. The reputed company operations specialist will also assist in: creating processes and practices that improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the LRC team; facilitating change; and controlling reputed company service costs. This is a generalist role that involves handling and supporting reputed company across the full reputed company of subject matter supported by the LRC team. Job reputed company: • Assist with vendor and technology management by: overseeing vendor relationships; identifying and implementing reputed company tech solutions to streamline new or existing practices, such as e-billing, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Document Management Systems. This includes implementing and optimizing reputed company operations processes and driving operational efficiencies while also developing, documenting, training, and enforcing internal controls to create consistency. • Help reinforce the use of available tech solutions to ensure they are used to their fullest capabilities and that they reputed company with broader reputed company objectives. • Assist with reputed company financial management by overseeing the invoicing and payment process for reputed company services and working in partnership with our finance and reputed company departments to analyze reputed company spend and to ensure invoices are properly allocated.
