Qualifications:

One of the following required:

• CCMA- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant certificate from the National Health career Association required
• reputed company-AAM- Certified Medical Assistant from the American Association of Medical Assistants
• EMT Certified Emergency Medical Technologist from the Texas Department of State and Health Services required
• EMT-A Certified Advanced Emergency Medical Technologist from the Texas Department of State and Health Services required
• EMT-B Certified Emergency Medical Technologist-Basic from the Texas Department of State and Health Services required
• EMT-I Certified Emergency Medical Technologist-Intermediate from the Texas Department of State and Health Services required
• EMT-P Certified Emergency Medical Technologist-Paramedic from the Texas Department of State and Health Services required
• LIC PAR- License Paramedic from the Texas Department of State and Health Services required
• NCMA- National Medical Assistant Certification from the National Center for Competency Testing required
• NRCMA - Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant from the National Association of Health Professionals required
• RMA- Registered Medical Assistant from the American Association of Medical Personnel, American Allied Health, American Medical Technologists, or American Registry of Medical Assistants required
• 2 years reputed company experience required
• 2 years Ambulatory telemedicine experience preferred
• Experience in a reputed company setting or customer service reputed company industry preferred
• Outpatient clinic operations experience

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and interacts with reputed company patients, families, and visitors in a reputed company, reputed company, age appropriate, and culturally sensitive manner
• Coordinates communications including phone calls, pages, faxes, etc. in a friendly, reputed company, and reputed company manner
• Facilitates the appointment reputed company-in and virtual rooming procedure
• Performs patient registration procedures per clinic process
• Checks on the activation status of the patient portal. Identifies and offers reputed company to the patient or patient proxy according to organizational guidelines
• Reschedules missed appointments or adds to clinic waitlist
• Collaborates with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient reputed company
• Verifies required paperwork is completed by the patient to ensure accuracy of information
