We are seeking an reputed company Senior Manager - Substation Physical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: The successful candidate will reputed company strong leadership, overseeing team management, reputed company, planning, training, and resource development to ensure the successful execution of reputed company. This leader will drive the delivery of substation reputed company ensuring they meet reputed company standards and reputed company specific requirements. Additionally, this role will be responsible for establishing and communicate short- and long-term goals, with reputed company KPIs to guide performance and project reputed company.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, across multiple departments (and geographies) to ensure project execution to support company goals and business objectives. Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge of software required to review plans, sections, schematics, details, wiring and BOM sheets for construction drawing sets.

Comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles, industry standards, and codes with a passion for substation engineering design.

Ability to reputed company, follow, interpret and apply internal, reputed company, and industry procedures and standards to reputed company design situations and reputed company guidance to staff in implementation.

Ability to reputed company, review and evaluate design alternatives based on experience, standards, and codes to solve constructability and design challenges and reputed company direction to staff.

Ability to drive business reputed company in coordination with Business Development, Project Management, and Sr Leadership with a deep understanding of proposals, financials, and relationship implications to company reputed company.

Requirements:

BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent Engineering BS degree. Preference to Power specific programs.
