Position Summary
We are seeking a part-time Video Editor who is fluent in Portuguese to support creators producing Portuguese-language content for YouTube. This role will focus on editing and optimizing videos to help creators expand their reach and grow their audiences on the platform. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of YouTube content trends, pacing, and storytelling, as well as the ability to work closely with creators and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form and/or short-form YouTube videos in Portuguese
- Collaborate with creators and Studio71 teams to ensure content aligns with platform best practices
- Apply creative storytelling, pacing, and visual style appropriate for YouTube audiences
- Incorporate graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of edits while maintaining high-quality standards
- Adapt content based on feedback and performance insights
Minimum Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Experience editing video content for YouTube or similar platforms
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with YouTube trends, formats, and audience engagement best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with digital creators or influencer content
- Basic motion graphics experience
- Basic sound design experience
Salary Expectations
Salary Range: $19 to $21 hourly
