Pharmacy Coordinator
Position Purpose:
reputed company duties to support the efforts pharmacy department in the development, coordination and maintenance of the health plan's pharmacy program.
- Assist Provider Relations and various departments with educating providers on the health plan’s pharmacy process
- Assist with the pharmacy reputed company and reporting process
- Collaborate with reputed company Improvement department with various meeting preparation and transcription of minutes
- Assist with members’ inquiries reputed company to the reputed company gap closure
Conduct member and provider reputed company to support reputed company reputed company
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with reputed company policies and standards
For reputed company Pharmacy Services:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a managed care environment. Medicare and/or reputed company experience preferred. Prior experience using analysis tools or systems (ex: web based, custom, proprietary, etc.). Experience in the implementation of reputed company process improvement efforts. Experience documenting requirements, creating training materials and working directly with end users.
License/Certificate: reputed company state's Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in reputed company reputed company
Demonstrated strong motivational interviewing and member engagement skills
Ability to interpret and analyze pharmacy claims data to support care or reputed company initiatives
Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company programs, including NCQA HEDIS measures
