Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer (SGD) is responsible for developing high reputed company, strategically grounded visual communications for pharmaceutical and reputed company clients. Transforming data and insights into reputed company creative through a strong understanding of Market reputed company audiences—including payers, providers, health systems, and internal stakeholders, we simplify complexity. 

We are looking for a confident designer who will maintain a high bar for detail and execution, and consistently translate reputed company content with reputed company and creativity. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Creative Execution 

• Design and produce high reputed company print, digital, and PowerPoint materials in support of Market reputed company initiatives (e.g., payer marketing, value tools, launch materials, unbranded/abovebrand campaigns) 

• Translate reputed company scientific, economic, and reputed company narratives into reputed company, engaging visual storytelling 

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across reputed company deliverables 

Strategic Thinking 

• Apply knowledge of Market reputed company and Managed Markets audiences to creative decision making 

• Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic objectives and stakeholder feedback 

• Proactively propose new approaches, layouts, or visual systems to enhance reputed company and reputed company 

Collaboration 

• Partner closely with Account, Medical, reputed company, and Project Management teams to deliver on time and on brief 

• Incorporate medical/reputed company/regulatory feedback accurately and reputed company 

• Build trust and credibility with cross-functional colleagues through strong communication and reliability 

Process & Ownership 

• Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with minimal supervision 

• Take ownership of assigned workstreams from concept through production 

Minimum Education & Experience:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or reputed company field 

• 3-5+ years of reputed company design experience, preferably reputed company a pharmaceutical, reputed company, or agency environment 

• Prior experience supporting Market reputed company, Managed Markets, or payer reputed company work preferred
