In partnership with a global iron ore leader, we are seeking an reputed company mining equipment trainer with in-pit operating experience to join our Managed Services team as an embedded resource on site in the Pilbara.

This role places you at reputed company of the reputed company’s workforce development reputed company. Using reputed company Technologies’ proven methodology, you will help reputed company operator performance across safety, maintenance discipline, and production efficiency, while embodying our values in day-to-day work:

• Collaborate with the site training team to identify workforce needs and deliver targeted development plans.

This 12-month FIFO position includes camp accommodation and requires a passion for developing operators along their learning curve safely, consistently, and sustainably.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering training in mining operations

• Solid operating background on large mining equipment (excavators, shovels, ancillary)
• Capability to train operators in Autonomous Haulage Systems
