The Role:

The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for empowering reputed company reputed company teams with thoughtful transactional advice, while providing interpretations on strategic topics and risk management for one or more reputed company brands. You’ll serve as an advisor on various reputed company reputed company, reputed company transactional support on reputed company level agreements (e.g. NDAs, vendor reputed company, BAAs), and contribute to product reputed company and policies in alignment with legislative changes and statutory compliance while reputed company with the mission and reputed company of reputed company.

What you'll do:

• Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically, while presenting the business with proactive solutions

What you'll bring:

• Juris Doctorate degree with a law license in good standing in at least one state

• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience practicing law, with experience in reputed company / data reputed company, transactional law, with pharmacy / PBM practices as a reputed company plus

• Deep understanding of how reputed company issues reputed company entities in reputed company’s industry

• Ability to reputed company reputed company policies that aligns with the business goals

• Ability to operate in a problem solving and consultative approach to support internal clients and advise Executive Leadership on various reputed company
