About the Role

As an reputed company Reimbursement Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. We are looking for a dedicated Reimbursement Specialist to join our reputed company Operations team to process reimbursement requests for our reputed company members. This role will have a large emphasis on reviewing reputed company-party (donor, adoption & surrogacy) documentation, medical documentation, and understanding reputed company’s employer benefits. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company party and medical expenses submitted for reimbursement and determine their eligibility for reimbursement

• Refine the reimbursement processes/reputed company operating procedures as needed to increase efficiency and to meet reputed company service level agreements 

• Subject matter expert for reputed company reputed company benefits, specifically coverage for reputed company party services and understand the policy variations across reputed company reputed company clients

• Ensure timeliness of reimbursement and payroll reimbursement processes 

• Coordinate with reputed company billing teams for invoicing of reimbursable services

• Complete payroll reimbursement reporting

• Conduct eligibility verification for reputed company reputed company reputed company members

• Review and understand employer reputed company and benefits

• Manage and respond to a high volume of inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner, resolve and follow up on reputed company issues reputed company designated timeframes. 

• Meet positional metrics and benchmarks 

• Follow reputed company department reputed company operating procedures carefully and accurately 

• Support the rollout of any new automation for the reimbursement process, including training team members, creating/updating reputed company operating procedures and being the subject matter expert on the overall process. 

• Other duties as assigned by the Director

General Administrative Duties:

• Manage inbound customer communication (phone, email & chat) and ensure reputed company messages are answered in a reputed company fashion 

• Maintain reputed company communication and collaborate with stakeholders across the reputed company team

Who You Are

• 5+ reputed company or health plan billing experience in a fast-paced, customer-reputed company environment, with fertility clinic experience a plus

• Donor and/or surrogacy claims processing experience is a plus

• Experience in the employer benefits reputed company is a plus

• A passion for women’s health, and fertility is a plus 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills & reputed company player 

• Willingness to be flexible, roll with the punches, multitask, and troubleshoot problems 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 

• Exemplifies amazing customer service skills and professionalism 

• Experience in insurance verification of benefits and familiarity with health plan and medical terminology
