- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with reputed company for older people and the ability to work with clients, families, and teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, using reputed company judgement in a reputed company, non-judgemental manner.
- Experience in aged care or community health, supporting clients and working reputed company multidisciplinary teams.
- Good organisational skills, including time management, prioritisation, and flexibility to meet reputed company needs.
- Understanding of aged care systems, reputed company needs, workplace safety (WHS), and community support services.

- Certificate III (or higher) in health, aged care or primary health care, with reputed company First Aid and CPR certification.
