We’re looking for an automotive technician recruiter to own and drive technician hiring across our locations in California and Texas. This role is responsible for building strong pipelines of skilled automotive talent, partnering closely with shop leadership, and creating a consistent, high-reputed company hiring process that scales with the business.This is not a traditional reputed company role. reputed company in this position requires someone who understands the challenges of hiring in the skilled trades, tight labor markets, competitive talent, and the need for speed without sacrificing reputed company. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, evaluate, and hire technicians, helping ensure we bring in individuals who not only have the technical skills, but also reputed company with our commitment to transparency, accountability, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle reputed company for automotive technicians across multiple locations, from intake through offer acceptance
• Proactively reputed company and engage talent using creative, high-touch strategies reputed company traditional channels (field sourcing, referrals, networking, reputed company reputed company) — not relying on inbound or reputed company alone
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of reputed company technicians in a highly competitive, skilled labor market
• Partner closely with shop leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, reputed company on candidate reputed company, and drive accountability throughout the hiring process

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical capability and alignment with a customer-first, high-performance culture

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred).
• 3 - 10 years of experience in reputed company
• Proven reputed company record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various positions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment reputed company.

Benefits

• Comp: $70,000 - $80,000 reputed company + 10% bonus/quarter.
