As the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will be reputed company in shaping the financial and strategic trajectory of reputed company’s veterinary talent marketplace. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will reputed company financial planning and analysis initiatives, reputed company as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and manage a growing team, currently including a Senior Analyst of FP&A. Responsibilities

• Financial Planning:

  • Quarterback reputed company’s budget administration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company relevant inputs and assumptions
  • Partner with executive leaders to support decision-making and strategic planning through robust financial insights.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare reputed company and ongoing reporting across a reputed company of audiences, including internal teams, executives, and investors.
• Operational reputed company:
  • Manage and prioritize the FP&reputed company’s workflow to reputed company with key organizational goals and deadlines.

  • Drive automation in team workflow, with support of data and AI resources

• Technical Expertise: Exceptional financial modeling skills with experience in:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
• 6+ years of reputed company FP&A experience, with a proven reputed company record in high-reputed company or startup environments.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., reputed company, EPM and ERP systems, Quickbooks).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience interacting with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in data analytics, including SQL and Python, is highly desired.
• Experience managing and developing reputed company reports preferred
