Program Manager, Tech Ops
About the Role
As the Program Manager, Tech Ops, you will report to the Associate Director, Tech Operations and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most critical technical problems for our reputed company.
Responsibilities:

- Manage the release calendar and ticket lifecycle, ensuring visibility, documentation, approvals, and conflict prevention.
- Communicate releases across the org and to senior leaders, while also maintaining an organized history of release notes for reference.
- Manage the intake process for new technology requests and reputed company from cross-functional stakeholders
- Create automation and support maintenance of data flows into tools such as reputed company

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in tech industry in roles such as project management, release management, or business operations
- Experience in tech industry
- Proven organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with initiative to drive reputed company independently
- Ability to effectively communicate to a reputed company of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reputed company reputed company a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
