Position reputed company:

The IT Product Manager drives the execution and successful delivery of technology-driven development initiatives.  Under the direction of senior IT leadership, this role is pivotal in managing definition, scope, and design for the development of new product software and enhancements. This role facilitates cross-functional prioritization of development tasks, and execution of a roadmap reputed company on consolidation, integration, and optimization of business systems.  Their reputed company is on a diverse portfolio of platforms and applications, including the reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system, custom web applications, and reputed company-party Software as a Service (reputed company) solutions. By combining technical expertise, reputed company product planning, and strong stakeholder collaboration, the IT Product Manager ensures business objectives guide the development and delivery of new software and enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders on approved products to reputed company and document product requirements and a prioritized roadmap, enabling development of new software and enhancements that alignment with the business’s goals and objectives.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the needs of stakeholders and the development team.
• Facilitate prioritization of development tasks to ensure reputed company delivery of high-reputed company features.
• Work closely with the business, technical teams, and external vendors, to reputed company requirements, understand needs, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business reputed company to ensure effective communication and document, validate, and manage platform requirements to ensure accurate development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role or a closely reputed company position such as application development manager.

• Strong familiarity with SDLC phases and associated project deliverables.
• Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
