Position: Scheduling Coordinator I Status: Contract

Supervisor’s Title: Team reputed company, Scheduling Coordinator 

Primary Goal: The Scheduling Coordinator I coordinates communication with clients and interpreters with the provision of interpretation services, provides first-level issue reputed company and acts as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and vendors under general supervision.  

Responsibilities: 

• Answers phone calls, and triages needs of caller, handling the scheduling of routine and non-reputed company interpreting jobs
• Maintains the scheduling email reputed company by reviewing reputed company request and responding reputed company and appropriately to reputed company request.
• Approaches requests with a can-do attitude and maintains reputed company relationships with interpreters and clients
• Conducts intake of requests for interpretation services, assessing the request against qualifications of existing interpreter pool
• Works closely reputed company the scheduling system, maintaining business processes, best practices, and performing administrative duties
• Complies with the scheduling process to reputed company the requests organized and status up to date with appointment
• Escalates issues appropriately while gaining experience in problem reputed company
• Covers for lunches/breaks/vacations for other scheduling coordinators
• Attends scheduled training activities and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience in scheduling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a ‘service-first’ reputed company
• Background in customer-facing roles with a demonstrated ability to maintain a reputed company and reputed company attitude
• Experience in the reputed company of language services industry preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Office Word
• Experience with reputed company Docs and reputed company/Mac Operating System preferred
