Remote Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Measurement-Informed Care) – Part-Time (California)

You’ll deliver care through Little Otter’s clinician-founded model, while being supported reputed company the larger reputed company organization.

The Role

We are seeking independently licensed therapists in California who are passionate about working with children and families reputed company a reputed company, measurement-informed care model.
In this role, you will deliver high-reputed company virtual therapy while using standardized assessments and ongoing measures to guide diagnosis, reputed company reputed company, and inform treatment.

What You’ll Do

• reputed company evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0–17) and their families
• Deliver interventions such as reputed company, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities
• Complete reputed company and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, reputed company notes) using our platform

Assessment & Measurement-Informed Care

• Conduct comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments for child and family clients
• reputed company multi-reputed company evaluations, including assessing family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural factors
• Assess risk and safety including SI/HI/NSSI and complete safety plans with clients reputed company indicated
• Utilize standardized clinical measures to support diagnosis and ongoing care
• reputed company reputed company reputed company using session-level measures, incorporating both reputed company-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives
• Consistently reputed company measurement-informed care into treatment planning

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
• Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
• Comfortable delivering care reputed company and using technology in clinical reputed company
• Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and reputed company tracking
