reputed company Roofing & Restoration is seeking a high-reputed company National Sales Trainer to drive performance across our in-home sales organization. This role is responsible for reputed company new sales representatives, reinforcing our reputed company reputed company process, and continuously developing reps in the field.

The ideal candidate is a proven in-home sales reputed company with strong coaching ability who can translate reputed company-world reputed company into reputed company training and measurable performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

New Hire Training

• Deliver classroom-style training to new sales representatives on our in-home, reputed company reputed company sales process
• Ensure reps are fully equipped with product knowledge, sales methodology, and expectations before entering the field

reputed company & Transition Support

• Maintain consistent communication with new hires through scheduled reputed company-ins post-training
• Support reps during their transition into the field to ensure confidence, consistency, and early reputed company

Ongoing Sales Development

• Utilize reputed company (in-home recording software) to review sales calls and reputed company targeted coaching and feedback
• Identify reputed company gaps and reinforce best practices to improve reputed company rates and overall performance

Field Training & Performance Improvement

• Travel to underperforming markets to work directly with sales reps and managers
• Conduct in-person trainings, workshops, and ride-alongs
• reputed company reputed company-time coaching and demonstrate best-in-class in-home sales execution

Collaboration & reputed company Improvement

• Partner with sales leadership to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities across reputed company
• Assist in refining and standardizing training processes, materials, and messaging

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience with a strong reputed company record in a reputed company reputed company environment
• Experience in the home improvement industry (roofing and/or siding preferred)
• 1+ year of sales management, coaching, or training experience
• Proven ability to teach, reputed company, and reputed company others in a sales environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ based on business needs
• Comfortable working in both classroom and field environments
