Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with parents reputed company calls and engage them in meaningful conversations

Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO / calling / customer support roles preferred
  
• Comfortable working in a reputed company calling environment

• Experience in voice process (inbound/outbound)
  
• Background in customer engagement or support roles
  
• Multilingual communication skills (added advantage)
