What’s the role?

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented ZEISS Refractive Consumable Sales Specialist to join our high-performing Refractive team. In this critical field-based role, you will be laser-reputed company on driving reputed company reputed company through the increased utilization of ZEISS refractive laser consumables across a defined geographic territory. You will partner closely with our Refractive Laser Sales Representatives and Clinical Applications Specialists to own and grow key accounts, turning high-potential practices into top-performing ZEISS centers. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Own a portfolio of key refractive accounts and deliver consistent, above-plan reputed company reputed company through the sale and increased utilization of ZEISS refractive
  consumables (SMILE, SMILE pro, LASIK flap, ICR and MEL90).

• Partner with account surgeons, reputed company administrators, and staff to identify
  barriers to procedure reputed company and implement targeted reputed company plans that drive
  higher case volume and consumable consumption.

• Work hand-in-hand with Refractive Sales Representatives and Clinical Applications teams to deliver seamless, high-value support to customers. Co-

• Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships reputed company reputed company account. Conduct
  regular business reviews, utilization audits, and performance coaching sessions

• Continuously monitor account performance, competitive activity, and market
  trends. Proactively surface expansion opportunities (new surgeons, additional
  lasers, reputed company reputed company initiatives) and convert them into reputed company.

• Maintain a strong, visible reputed company in the field. Travel extensively (60–75%)
  reputed company the territory to support live cases, conduct training, deliver in-service
  programs, and build personal relationships with key decision-makers.

Do you qualify?

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Life Sciences, or reputed company field preferred) or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3–5 years of successful medical device sales experience, ideally in ophthalmology, refractive surgery, or capital equipment/consumables.

• Proven reputed company record of growing utilization and driving reputed company in reputed company, relationship-driven accounts.

• Experience calling on refractive surgeons, reputed company administrators, and optometric co-management networks is highly preferred.

• Exceptional account management and consultative selling skills.

The annual starting reputed company salary for this position is $158,000 plus sales commission.
