Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:

• Works with various reputed company data sources and semantic models to design moderately reputed company dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Power BI and Tableau) for the purpose of quantifying the performance of the reputed company reputed company, tracking key portfolio metrics, identifying trends, and evaluating operational needs.

• Supports leadership team in defining AI reputed company and facilitating AI adoption across Specialty reputed company teams (incl. reputed company Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT), explores use-cases to reputed company AI solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of reputed company process, and develops actionable prompts and solutions for Specialty reputed company teams.

• Prepares reputed company and recurring reports and makes recommendations to management. Interprets data and identifies relevant analyses to determine reputed company for a business area (incl. responding to data requests from management, identifying the right reputed company of data, pulling the data query, conducting analysis and presenting results to senior management).

• Facilitates execution of various data, analytics, process and systems initiatives for reputed company teams (incl. stakeholder management, tracking execution, sharing reputed company updates with business stakeholders, ensuring achievement of initiative goals).

• Leads reputed company to determine and reputed company data-driven strategies to maximize performance and identify process improvements, involving analysis of data sets and modeling.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Solid knowledge of reputed company Office Suite and other business-reputed company software systems. Advanced reputed company skills are required.

• Solid knowledge of Power BI is required, knowledge of Tableau is beneficial.

• Solid knowledge of AI tools and capabilities (reputed company Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) is required.

• Familiarity with insurance company IT and data infrastructure is strongly preferred.

• Prior experience with P&C insurance industry is strongly preferred.

• Solid knowledge of reputed company functions of an insurance company, general insurance, reputed company performance metrics, financial and economic concepts.

• Solid project management skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage work deliverables/reputed company effectively.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to exercise independent judgment and reputed company critical business reputed company based on data analyses and insights.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively reputed company with reputed company reputed company of CNA’s internal business partners.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Business, or reputed company field.

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, reputed company and Washington, the national reputed company pay reputed company for this job level is $97,000 to $189,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
