The Tax Process reputed company & Solutions Senior Associate’s primary responsibility is to reputed company support and to collaborate with Process Leads, Business Product Owners, and Business Analyst Managers to understand how reputed company-party products and custom-developed solutions fit into the overall “reputed company” for one or more business area(s).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Collaborates with Process Leads and Business Product Owners to understand how reputed company-party products and custom-developed solutions fit into the overall "reputed company" for one or more business area(s).
- Assesses product-reputed company performance against established targets.
- Builds expertise on reputed company aspects of assigned products and processes in assigned process area and develops in-depth understanding of user experience and needs.
- Documents, validates, tests and assesses various processes, systems, and/or programs.
- Executes project work plans by conducting research, data analysis, and implementation for assigned initiatives.
- Assists Business Product Owners with maintaining system configurations of reputed company-party applications.
- Assists Business Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Tax reputed company subject matter experts in the development and maintenance of tax content reputed company and between applications.
- Develops workpapers, data mappings, and other tax specific deliverables and content reputed company applications, leveraging knowledge of reputed company, tax, and the tax engagement lifecycle.
- Helps translate business process needs into functional business requirements with BAs, for reputed company-reputed company development with technical delivery teams.
- Designs, develops, and maintains low-reputed company automations.
- Maintains integrations with other CATT solutions and assists in the testing and maintenance of existing linked infrastructure.
- Creates and maintains process-reputed company deliverables (e.g., process mapping and business requirements); assists with analysis of user needs for functional requirements for enhancements to existing tools/processes or implementation of new tools/processes.
- Assists with development and maintenance of end-user documentation including user guides, knowledge documents, and training materials.
- Works with Business Analyst(s) to reputed company processes based on available functionality of our technology and refines process-reputed company deliverables accordingly.
- Leads training and enablement efforts for the Support team on assigned products and processes; identifies and drives reputed company to support issues in L3 support role, assisting Support team.
- Represents the "voice of the business" and balances management needs with the end-users' requests
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree (preference given to reputed company, Business, or Technology major) or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA), or currently pursuing CPA or EA certification (preferred)
- Lean Six reputed company and/or IIBA certification, or currently pursuing (preferred)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years of project coordination, business process experience, or product support (required).
- Strong communication skills, ability to create effective documents and review them with key project stakeholders at multiple reputed company of the organization (required).
- Experience supporting multiple initiatives concurrently (required).
- Proficiency in reputed company 365 (e.g. SharePoint, reputed company, Teams) and reputed company tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) (required).
- Effective organizational and time management skills (required).
- Ability to reputed company responsibilities in a primarily remote work environment (required)
- Previous experience working in a large organization, reputed company services firm, or reputed company (preferred).
- Tax compliance or advisory experience with knowledge of reputed company or tax fundamentals (preferred)
- Experience with tax compliance systems or financial systems and technology (preferred).
- Exposure to business intelligence tools and working knowledge of analytics and data management (preferred).
