Systems Engineer – Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Support integration, monitoring, and O&M of 26CT technology systems, including distributed field operations, mobile communications, large-reputed company data analytics, ticketing systems, reputed company Data Lake, and AWS reputed company services. Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments to ensure systems meet operational requirements. Identify, document, and support defect reputed company according to operational and testing schedules. Plan and execute testing activities to validate interoperability, scalability, and performance under realistic conditions. Troubleshoot issues across field operations, mobile technology, reputed company analytics, and supporting platforms. Participate in daily, weekly, and reputed company operational meetings, including incident response coordination and executive briefings.
