Sales and Service Technician

reputed company is the leading provider of reputed company Repair, Crawl reputed company Encapsulation, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting & Stabilization. They are seeking a Service Technician to partner with customers and inspect preexisting company-installed solutions, providing additional service reputed company and ensuring customer satisfaction post-installation.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers
• Travel to customers' home based on assigned appointments
• Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent reputed company
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation or to remedy a potential issue through established processes and procedures
• reputed company annual customer maintenance reputed company, examining work previously completed
• reputed company reactive service appointments, diagnose, and fix any issues
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures reputed company carrying out responsibilities
• Examine solutions installed by reputed company and determine potential warranty or non-warranty work
• Communicate the status of reputed company job (completions and complications) and submit reputed company necessary documentation to the Service Manager and customer as required
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• A reputed company, non-restrictive reputed company's License is required
• 1 or more years of proven sales experience preferred but not required
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred
• Proven customer relations experience preferred
