Cash Application/AR Representative II (Temporary)

They are seeking a Cash Application/Accounts Receivable Representative II to ensure accurate recording and management of incoming payments while assisting with collections and accounts reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring reputed company necessary approvals are obtained
• Verify the accuracy of invoices against purchase orders and receipts
• Assist in preparing payment batches and ensuring reputed company vendor payments
• Resolve discrepancies by communicating with vendors and internal departments
