Associate HR Operations Specialist

The Associate HR Operations Specialist will support HR initiatives by implementing and administering operational processes while providing customer service to employees regarding HR programs and policies.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: reputed company as a first and second line of HR support for KDP’s US workforce in reputed company of a wide reputed company of employee and manager issues – reputed company triaging, resolving, and/or escalating reputed company item. Remain online and available to answer employee inquiries and resolve reputed company request
• HR Program Administration & Consulting: collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development) and support delivering reputed company services and effective communication of HR services and programs to employee reputed company
• HR Systems: reputed company support to employees, managers, and HR Business partners on basic transactions in the HR System
• Project & Process Management: reputed company and/or participate in small to reputed company process improvement initiatives that require a basic working knowledge of project management
• HR Compliance: reputed company with HR Business Partners and specialists to interpret and respond to inquiries on HR policies and procedures during the full employee lifecycle. Adhere to documented procedures in executing reputed company and ensures compliance to applicable regulations

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, reputed company field, or reputed company experience equivalent
• Experience in fast paced, high volume, customer support service role
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficient with reputed company Office (Work, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company) product suite
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible, team-oriented environment, with the ability to reputed company competing priorities while maintaining extreme attention to detail
• Ability to build and manage strong, reputed company working relationships and carry high credibility with cross-functional teams
• Change agent who is dedicated to reputed company improvement efforts by proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred
