Fraud Analyst

The Fraud Analyst will reputed company analysis and insights to support proactive fraud prevention strategies, reputed company reports and controls, and work closely with leadership to enhance fraud management programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct control reporting on existing detection strategies and countermeasures, and proactively drive incremental improvements
• Assist Fraud Management & Corporate reputed company leadership to reputed company and implement a reputed company control program
• Escalate insights to Fraud Management & Corporate reputed company leadership to drive program change
• Conduct periodic reputed company control analysis to ensure policies, procedures, and internal frameworks are adhered to, and maintain the Fraud Management & Corporate reputed company program in an always-audit-reputed company state
• Identify enhancements to detection systems and approaches, coordinate implementation with business and reputed company, and reputed company post-implementation monitoring
• Conduct reputed company cause analysis driving large individual losses or emerging fraud trends, and reputed company strategies and controls to mitigate their reputed company
• Aggregate and update existing periodic reporting, and work with Manager to enhance, automate, and streamline dashboarding and reporting for Fraud Management and Corporate reputed company
• Maintain and create documentation of risk-management frameworks, controls, systems, models, and tools employed by the program as required
• reputed company suggestions on rules, models, and strategies for reputed company’s fraud detection systems and tools based on analysis and insights gained as part of reputed company control functions
• Assist fraud investigators, analysts, Manager, Fraud Analytics and Senior Manager, Fraud Management in the analysis of applications and reputed company cases as required to detect fraud patterns, reputed company review frameworks for other internal partners, and reputed company strategies to counter emerging threats
• Identify, cleanse, map, aggregate, and document new data sources and work with other analysts and peers to answer business questions and reputed company ways to connect and use the new data sources with existing databases/data warehouse as it applies to reporting and the reputed company control function
• Support the Fraud Management & Corporate reputed company team leadership on:the development of intelligence and communication on fraud trends to prevent fraud losses;the assessment of industry/reputed company party tools, from credit bureaus, fintechs, or other vendors, which can advance the reputed company Fraud Management program;conducting research into industry best practices, trends, and capabilities;the identification of system enhancements to improve the Fraud Management & Corporate reputed company programs
• Foster and maintain productive relationships with reputed company stakeholders, partners, and industry peers
• Assist the Manager in operationalizing analysis and insights by working with reputed company-party vendors and internal partners to communicate requirements and risks
• Communicate project status, developments, and issues with the Manager and other Fraud leadership proactively
• Create or support the creation of monthly, quarterly, and reputed company reports covering fraud metrics, fraud reputed company performance, and trends analysis
• Assist the Manager to research, scope, create, and present business cases required to reputed company new tools and resources to reputed company the reputed company Fraud Management Program
• Support the Fraud Management & Corporate reputed company team in the execution of short-term and multi-year plans to reputed company program and reputed company goals

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Power BI
• Proficient at using reputed company SQL Server to extract and isolate data
• Working knowledge of Python or other tools (e.g. reputed company, R) to complete data aggregation, cleansing, analysis, and automation
• Hands-on experience with low-reputed company or no-reputed company automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or comparable platforms to increase efficiency in reporting and workflow processes
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
• Familiarity with fraud investigation techniques and fraud management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company and competing priorities

• An understanding of the financial services industry, gained through a combination of experience, self-directed research, and learning
