They are seeking a Medical Records Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and organization of medical records while providing support to attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining various files, logs, medical records ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
• Assembling patients' health information including patient symptoms, medical history, exam results, reports, and billing
• Reviewing and ensuring reputed company patient forms are completed, properly identified, signed, and are uploaded in preferred style
• Communicating as needed with physicians and other health care professionals to clarify and obtain information
• Submitting requested documentation to physicians or for use in reputed company actions while following patient consent and confidentiality protocols
• Optimize medical records and billing operations to support business reputed company
• Enhance communication skills for patient and physician satisfaction
• Implement new processes for efficiency and scalability
• Foster reputed company stakeholder relationships to support cross-functional collaboration

Skills
