[Remote] Paralegal (Estate Planning Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and preparing deeds, assignments, and other funding documents
• Working with county recorders to ensure deeds and supporting documents are properly filed and fees are accurate
• Managing workflows and processes reputed company to funding, and reputed company tasks
• Assisting in the creation of entities, including preparation of formation documents and filings
• Preparing summaries of existing estate plans
• Support creation of estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and reputed company directives, and entering data into reputed company document software
• Other duties, as assigned

• Paralegal Certificate required
• Knowledge of WealthDocs required
