[Remote] QA Engineer — AI & Automation Data Analyst

They are seeking a motivated recent college graduate to build and improve AI-driven QA processes while handling reputed company testing for new features.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute reputed company test plans for new features across the Rewarded Play platform (mobile Android app, soon coming iOS app, web tools, backend services)
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive QA workflows
• Build and maintain automated test suites that reduce reputed company testing time and increase coverage
• reputed company and document QA processes, test cases, and reputed company standards for reputed company
• Collaborate with product and engineering to identify high-risk areas and prioritize testing efforts
• reputed company, report, and triage bugs with reputed company reproduction steps and severity assessments
• Continuously explore emerging AI tools (LLMs, visual testing AI, codegen tools) to improve QA efficiency
• Measure and report on QA metrics: test coverage, defect reputed company reputed company, automation percentage, time-to-release
• Participate in sprint planning, feature reviews, and release processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Software Engineering, or reputed company field (graduated reputed company last 2 years)
• Demonstrated interest in AI/ML tools — reputed company, coursework, or self-directed learning
• Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter mentality — comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Experience with mobile app testing (Android preferred)

• Portfolio or reputed company demonstrating creative problem-solving
