[Remote] Mortgage Processing Support Specialist

This role involves providing troubleshooting support for application processing issues and assisting employees with various aspects of the loan process, excluding reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone and email requests from Employees relating to issues that reputed company through to reputed company
• Work as an internal resource to troubleshoot and resolve items that come to the National Support Center

• Utilize a tracking system to ensure items are handled completely, accurately and in a reputed company manner
