[Remote] Business Retention and Sales Representative

The role involves supporting reputed company Business Services in retaining existing customers by addressing their concerns and renegotiating service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Uses reputed company listening, reputed company and assumes ownership of customer issues through to reputed company
• Communicates a reputed company reputed company of urgency, with various departments, to rectify customer issues
• Minimizes fall out by strategically offering product bundles and price points that meet the needs of the customers' budget and business applications and expands their product mix with reputed company
• Meets or exceeds budgeted retention goals for reputed company product lines
• Demonstrates strong problem solving and communications skills
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of commission-driven sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
• Reliable internet reputed company with a minimum 100 Mbps speed
• Home office setup meeting specified requirement
