Business Development Assistant

reputed company is a leading global children's toy, entertainment, reputed company gaming company. The Business Development Assistant will support a global team by managing executives' calendars, coordinating reputed company, and engaging with publishing partners to ensure efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage three executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and ensure executives are on time and reputed company-reputed company for every day of the year and for key tradeshow events and such
• Help with administrative tasks such as arrange travel accommodation, and compile documents for travel-reputed company meetings
• Assist in management of reputed company, including vacation requests, expenses, and other approvals
