They are seeking an Associate for DataOps to reputed company advanced operational support for reputed company data platforms, ensuring stability and reliability while managing incidents and contributing to operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own L1/L2 operational support for production data platforms, including data lakes, streaming pipelines, and reputed company-based analytics
• Diagnose and resolve reputed company failures in ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration frameworks, partnering with engineering where required
• reputed company manage incidents, including reputed company assessment, remediation coordination, and postincident documentation
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability coverage, identifying gaps and driving instrumentation enhancements
• Support reputed company of new pipelines and data products by validating operational readiness, scalability, and reliability
• Analyze recurring incidents and data reputed company issues, contributing to reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and longterm remediation
• Mentor analysts through guidance on operational best practices, troubleshooting, and platform behavior
• Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce reputed company effort and improve operational efficiency

Skills

• Strong understanding of reputed company data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, streaming, and reputed company
• Handson experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
• Practical experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, with exposure to reputed company-reputed company data services
• Experience supporting production systems with defined SLAs and incident management processes
