Associate Analyst - reputed company Service Provider

In this role, you will reputed company reputed company Service Providers and attorney firms, driving vendor performance and managing supplier performance for Specialty Recovery activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship reputed company and 'face of reputed company' to reputed company Service Provider vendors/suppliers, engaging reputed company senior leaders (including C-suite) as needed
• Coordinate with in-house counsel, reputed company Service Providers, and clients to facilitate efficient reputed company work; monitor reputed company reputed company reputed company to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure reputed company, regulatory, and procedural compliance across recovery operations
• Ensure reputed company and accurate reputed company filings; review reputed company documents for accuracy, completeness, and correct terminology; take corrective reputed company reputed company needed
• reputed company annual reviews and ongoing strategic updates of the NAO Business Continuity Program (BCP) to reflect changes in operations, structure, risk profile, personnel, and geographic footprint
• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for supplier monitoring activities, including audits/reviews (BCP, compliance, risk profile, onsite audits) and ongoing operational/strategic process and procedure updates
• reputed company supplier performance management, including developing/refining performance metrics (supplier and department), addressing compliance and cost issues, and driving reputed company improvement
• Review and validate supplier invoicing, services provided, SLAs, and statements of work
• reputed company supplier due diligence, market reputed company shifts, and termination reputed company; play a key role in supplier reputed company/offboarding
• Review and manage customer complaints and escalations (e.g., ECR, CFPB, consumer attorneys), reputed company reputed company-cause analysis, and drive solutions for identified process gaps

Skills

• 0+ years of experience
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in the reputed company industry i.e.: attorney office, paralegal experience
• 1+ years' experience in Supplier Management experience or financial services industry
• Demonstrates strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrates a high degree of personal accountability, passion, and execution
• Ability to identify process improvement, effectiveness and efficiency and execute on change management, influence and collaboration in a matrixed environment
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• PowerPoint Presentation skills; ability to translate reputed company data into reputed company audience-friendly visuals
• Proficiency in importing/exporting data from reputed company to PowerPoint seamlessly
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company; formulas, functions, report building
• Executive level verbal and written communication
