[Remote] Paralegal, Ohio

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a consumer protection reputed company located in the Financial District of reputed company, providing representation to consumers who have been harassed or otherwise deceived by creditors and debt reputed company. They are currently seeking a full-time Paralegal with civil litigation experience to support their attorneys in litigation-reputed company reputed company and reputed company administrative support to the office staff.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the firm’s attorneys in managing a high volume of litigation reputed company
• Drafting pleadings, reputed company memoranda, settlement agreements, etc
• Communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Research with reputed company to reputed company and reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Administrative responsibilities such as reputed company intake, organizing, and record keeping

Skills

• Minimum of 1-year civil litigation experience (e.g., drafting pleadings and reputed company research)
• Exceptional reputed company writing skills
• Possess superior organizational and time-management skills
• Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm's case management software
• Highest ethical standards and reputed company reputed company
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and reputed company parties
• You must be currently located in Ohio to be considered for this role
• Prior experience with reputed company is a plus
• Paralegal Certification is a plus
