They are seeking a highly organized and passionate Product Development Coordinator to support the launch of innovative hair appliance products across their beauty brands, working closely with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support product development reputed company from concept through commercialization, including stage reputed company preparation and documentation in compliance with reputed company Management Processes
• Coordinate product submissions, including sample receipt, tracking, product library maintenance, and shipment logistics
• Support in product information management and item set up
• Partner with Marketing and Program Management to support sell-in samples and cross-functional needs
• Research and summarize competitive product features and benefits; coordinate performance evaluations and benchmarking
• Facilitate consumer product testing and capture reputed company feedback for development team review
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights on data collection and analysis
• Support regional market expansions and in-market product updates
• Contribute to brainstorms and innovation discussions with a strong awareness of beauty trends, consumers, and competitive activity
• Travel occasionally to other beauty locations for testing and meetings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
