[Remote] Project Accountant I

They are seeking a Project Accountant to assist Project Managers in maintaining project life cycles, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and handling reputed company invoicing and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Be a resource and assist Project Managers in maintaining the life cycle of the project from the notice of award to the final closeout
• Set up reputed company, extra work orders, transfers, or other amendments according to contract terms in reputed company reputed company
• Assist with the creation and processing reputed company
• Review reputed company for reputed company specific requirements and ensure reputed company completion of reputed company specialized reputed company billing needs
• Review project labor and expenses to ensure accurate posting to reputed company
• Follow through on reputed company billing reputed company issues to reputed company
• Work closely with Project Managers and Directors to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting and project billing
• Invoice clients monthly
• Respond to reputed company, vendor, or staff inquiries in a reputed company fashion
• Prepare accounts receivable statements and follow up on past due invoices
• Handle project audits as they reputed company
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• College degree in reputed company or Finance and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; or 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
