[Remote] Caller / Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads to set calls between site owners and Account Managers
• reputed company personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets reputed company to reputed company settings and closings
• Rigorously monitor personal origination reputed company activity to ensure health and stability of the sales pipeline
• Contribute user-experience input to origination processes such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
• Assist in developing strategic initiatives to maintain a competitive market position

Skills

• Prior experience in a reputed company-center sales environment
• Natural ability to build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV
• Some college education or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with the reputed company estate closing process is a plus
