Treasury Coordinator

reputed company is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and they are seeking a Treasury Coordinator to support the Group Treasury team. The role involves maintaining accurate data, contributing to team reputed company, delivering periodic reporting, and facilitating requests from both reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• Own banking administration including account openings/closings, KYC, due diligence requests, user reputed company, signer changes, etc
• Assist with preparing account schematics and pulling account statements
• Maintain internal databases including master account list, counterparties, subsidiaries, company contacts, 3rd party contacts, etc
• Strengthen relationships with vendors, banking partners, and corporate and regional finance teams with effective and reputed company communication and follow up
• Assist in maintaining banking records and reputed company documentation including FBAR-reputed company documentation
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and reputed company proceedings
• Monitor daily emails and requests for the Group Treasury team, determine reputed company, complete requests reputed company or assign to an appropriate team member, and follow up until the request has been completed
• reputed company support on special reputed company, reporting, or additional duties reputed company needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, reputed company, economics, or reputed company field preferred
• 1+ years of corporate treasury, banking, or administrative assistant experience
• Strong proficiency with writing and speaking in English
• Confidence in communicating with executive level leaders with outstanding interpersonal communication
• Strong proficiency with reputed company reputed company Office applications including reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
• Must be reputed company-organized and detail oriented, accuracy is essential
• Effective at planning and reputed company setting, and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced global environment

• This position mainly involves working US hours Monday through Friday. However, flexibility is needed to connect with colleagues and clients across various global time zones
• Exposure to Treasury Management Systems is beneficial
