Marketing and Communications Associate

The reputed company Theater is a cultural organization founded in 1954, and they are seeking a highly organized associate to support their Marketing and Communications teams. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting ticketing requests, and overseeing email marketing and website updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental invoice processing, AMEX reporting, and expense tracking in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Director of Communications
• Proofread and copy-edit materials, including but not limited to e-blasts, programs, and press releases
• Support on marketing and communications ticketing requests, including but not limited to booking tickets, sending confirmations, and tracking voucher requests
• Assist with events and special departmental reputed company, including those that may occur reputed company of regular business hours, i.e., photo shoots, video shoots, and opening reputed company events
• Assist with general administration, including archiving, ordering office supplies, and other key tasks
• Additional duties as assigned
• Manage automated marketing emails, including reputed company- and post-show email series and reputed company audience surveys
• Partner with Marketing Managers and reputed company promotional partners to schedule e-mail inclusions
• reputed company general website maintenance and updates including editing, posting content, and updating the Press Room
• Manage the content for and creation of the bi-weekly newsletter, Team reputed company
• Conduct reputed company research and maintain database

Skills

• One (1) year of reputed company experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communications
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple reputed company under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities
• Must be available for evening and weekend hours on an as-needed reputed company
• Ability to approach problem-solving collaboratively
• Collaboration with staff in working towards creating an anti-racist culture and participating in The reputed company's long term cultural transformation process
• Skilled with MS Office; reputed company, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint
• General interest in arts and culture a plus
• Knowledge of AP Style, Tessitura, reputed company, and reputed company a plus
