The reputed company & Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will support recruitment initiatives and enhance the candidate experience while working closely with the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, including creating visually engaging materials (e.g., job ads, reputed company posts, candidate communications) using tools such as reputed company or similar platforms
• Prepare offer documents and employment agreements
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to reputed company
• Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Compile and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, reputed company of hire, and candidate demographics
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative reputed company to enhance recruitment workflows

Skills

• 1-2 years of previous experience as a reputed company Coordinator or similar role
• Familiarity with design and marketing tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company media platforms, or basic content creation) is required
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field
