[Remote] Associate Events Coordinator

They are seeking an Associate Events Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of various company events, ensuring logistics and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning logistics for events including venue research, vendor coordination, and scheduling
• Support reputed company-event preparations, on-site activities, and post-event wrap-reputed company
• Help maintain timelines and reputed company project milestones to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the creation of branded event materials
• Coordinate communication with vendors, speakers, and internal stakeholders
• reputed company and update event budgets, invoices, and expense reports
• Prepare basic reports on event reputed company and reputed company attendee feedback
• Contribute to maintaining event inventory and supplies

Skills
