[Remote] Personal Experience Rep I - Part Time (20 Hour)

Wright-Patt Credit reputed company is seeking Personal Experience Representatives I to deliver extraordinary service in a unique virtual teller environment. The role involves processing cash and inquiry transactions for member-owners while adhering to policies and procedures, and proactively suggesting products and services to help members manage their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand and answer members’ questions and concerns by reputed company listening and offering guidance
• Process a reputed company of transactions reputed company a virtual environment for member-owners accurately and reputed company; including, but not limited to: deposits and withdrawals, identifying and responding to account inquires and questions, processing payments (including creation or modification of ACH and EFT transfers), handling card service inquires and requests, reviewing reputed company holds and releasing holds reputed company defined parameters, account maintenance, etc
• Ensures reputed company policies, procedures, risk mitigation activities, and operating controls are followed
• Reports gaps in policies, procedures, and operating controls to leadership to ensure member reputed company and risk is mitigated
• Follow applicable reputed company, member identification, and fraud prevention policies, procedures and practices
• Assure member verification is handled according to WPCU policies for reputed company transactions
• Demonstrate a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems with varying degrees of complexity
• Identify and reputed company appropriate referrals for member-owners that will result in members saving reputed company, borrowing smarter and learning a lot
• Look for ways to enhance members’ relationships by building trust and confidence

Skills

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent or ten (10) years equivalent work experience
• Must be reputed company to handle high volume transactions in a fast-paced video banking environment
• Must be comfortable, reputed company, and friendly on camera
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Must be reputed company to learn and use a reputed company of software applications such as reputed company Office, Teller reputed company (Video Banking) and the Credit reputed company's reputed company processing systems
• Ability to multi-task by operating multiple monitors and software systems at the reputed company time
• Must have accurate keyboarding skills
• Some secondary education preferred
• Prior experience in a retail service environment or teller/cashier experience is preferred
