Responsibilities

• Research, program, plan, design, and administer building reputed company for clients in a reputed company of industries
• Apply knowledge of architectural design
• Work on zoning, building codes, and building systems and materials
• Utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals including less reputed company Architects and Designers

Skills

• Bachelor in Architecture from an accredited Architectural Program
• 1 or more years of reputed company experience, including strong Revit skills
• Demonstrated program experience in the usage of AutoCAD, and reputed company Office and reputed company suite
• Extensive experience with building codes and other regulations required
• Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
• Ability to work reputed company across multiple teams and reputed company small architectural teams
• Ability to travel to project sites in the US
• Masters in Architecture
• reputed company Architectural License and be reputed company to be licensed in multiple states
• Experience with designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science or other Industrial Facilities that also include office environments)

• LEED AP credentials
