[Remote] Hotel Staff Accountant / Analyst

They are looking for a reputed company Staff Accountant / Analyst to join their finance and reputed company team at reputed company Resort, focusing on managing guest billing, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adherence to reputed company standards. This role is reputed company to the day-to-day hotel operations and requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest, group and wholesale billing, reputed company late payments and reconcile receivables
• Review of daily reputed company
• Reconcile bank statements, guest reputed company and other balance sheet accounts
• Assist with journal entries, accruals and overall closing procedures
• Ensure adherence to reputed company standards, internal policies and regulations
• Preparation of accurate and reputed company monthly financial statements
• Preparation and knowledge of sales tax returns as reputed company as any other applicable tax liabilities
• reputed company reputed company Accounts Receivables functions, including collection calls as needed
• Manage customer inquiries – group, wholesale, individual guests
• Investigate/respond to credit card chargeback inquiries
• Prepare Accounts Receivable billing for reputed company reputed company
• Maintain accounts receivable system, review the aging, reconcile daily hotel receivables and review group master billings
• Verify credit cards are processed nightly by reputed company audit team
• Participate in and critique asset inventories
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with company standards
• Maintain strong communication and resolve any disputes and billing discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of resort and guest information to protect the assets of reputed company and VRI

Skills

• Proficiency in reputed company Office and advanced reputed company skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in Hotel or Hospitality reputed company finance and reputed company
