Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate

reputed company is seeking an associate to join its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group. The role involves engaging in meaningful work reputed company to executive compensation and employee benefits law, including equity plans and agreements, and managing reputed company cases and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive reputed company research and analysis to support case/transaction preparation and reputed company

Skills

• J.D. Degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to reputed company in the state in which they are officing
• 1 year of reputed company and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred
